She is MBA in HR and Marketing from PSNA College,Madurai and M.Phil from Annamalai University. She has completed her Ph.D in Management from Bharathiar University .She has published several papers in National and International Journals and presented several papers in National and International Conferences. She has seven years of teaching experience.
