About
Dr. Sonia Katherin Mathew is working as Associate Professor in Human Resource Management(HRM) at Musaliar Institute of Management (MIM), Pathanamthitta, Kerala, India. She obtained her MBA from Visveswaraiah Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, Karnataka and Ph.d from School of Management and Business Studies, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. She was a MANF -UGC scholar while doing her Ph.D.
With over one and a half decades of academic experience in post graduate teaching and research, she has contributed several research papers and articles in national and international journals and h as also presented her work in many international and national conferences.

  • PhD with MANF scholarship-UGC grant from School of Management and Business Studies, Mahathma Gandhi University, Kottayam(2016).
  • MBA( HRM and Marketing) from Visveswaraiah Technological University, Belgaum, Karnataka(2007)
